I'm a champion of relational networks, internal collaboration, effective communication, future ideas, and organizational integrity. I see challenges as opportunities, approaching them with a results-focused mindset and passion for creative problem solving. My voice order is: Connector, Creative, Pioneer, Nurturer, Guardian.

I am passionate about helping others discover their capacity to be more. More of the best you that you can be, at home with your family, at work with your colleagues and clients, in your area of ministry, or in your community. For me it’s like mining for gold hidden beneath the surface. My goal is to help you liberate your most valuable assets from the ineffective elements and habits that hold you back, refine them in the fire of self-awareness, combine them with the strengths of others, and shape them into something with greater purpose and value. I have personally experienced the power of self-awareness and how its effectiveness increases when linked to the varied strengths of others. This is what drives me to help people unlock their potential to be more.

• 30+ years ministry in various leadership roles

• 30+ years in public speaking

• 5 years in speech and debate leadership

This & That

• I am a wife of 35 years to an amazing husband and mother of four wonderful (now adult) children.

• Some of my favorite first gear recharging activities are making memories by traveling with my family, preparing and sharing exciting meals, and celebrating with others.

• I participate in professional and community choirs.

• One of my proudest professional moments was watching one member of my choir grow past an inability to speak publicly even to introduce himself, to leading as a soloist in a large performance.
